What is a Principal Contractor?
A Principal Contractor manages and co-ordinates the entire project, starting with the design process through our architects, engineers & surveyors. We arrange all council & government permits and approvals for the client. Once the design and approvals phase is complete, our procurement team manage the cost estimation and tender process. Finally, we engage the successful building contractor and we manage the Workplace Health & Safety, Budget and Quality Control for the construction component of the project.
